Sign up with your email and password, or with Google. Once you confirm your email, you're assigned the base User role and can start using the platform.
These are all opt-in — go to Profile → Feature Access and toggle on Event Management (Organizer), Artist Profile (Artist), Equipment Management (Lessor), Venue Management (Venue Owner/Manager), or Provider Management (Provider). Each toggle grants the matching role immediately.
Go to Dashboard → Events → Create Event. Every event needs a venue (pick an existing one or add a new one on the spot) and at least one required policy attached before it can be published; add ticket types or a stall package, then publish when ready.
Enable Equipment Management in Feature Access, then go to Dashboard → Equipment to add your models, individual assets (or quantities for non-serialized items like chairs), and pricing tiers. A listing only becomes bookable once it's published.
Add it from Dashboard → Venues, or directly while creating an event if it isn't registered yet. A venue only becomes bookable once its ownership has been confirmed — until then it can still be used for your own events.
Enable Artist Profile in Feature Access to set up your artist page, availability, and booking terms. Clients book and pay through the platform, and a collaboration split sheet can be attached when more than one artist is involved.
Any artist can sell products from Dashboard → Merchandise — no separate toggle needed. Choose a product type (Simple, Configurable, Virtual, or Downloadable), set up shipping options for physical items, and publish once you have an active variant with stock.
Once your order is paid, you can rate the product and seller from the order page any time. Once you actually have the item in hand, click "I've Received My Order" on your order's detail page — this may also prompt you with a WhatsApp message linking straight to the review page.
Enable Vendor in Feature Access, then set your vendor type(s) from Dashboard → Vendor Profile — Food & Beverage, Merchandise & Crafts, Commercial Exhibitors, or Activity Provider. Only Food & Beverage vendors need to submit a Certificate of Acceptability for review before booking stalls at events; every other type is confirmed automatically. Your online store (Dashboard → Merchandise) works the same way an artist's does and is available immediately — no stall booking or certificate required to start selling.
Enable Provider Management in Feature Access, then set up your services, categories, and weekly availability from Dashboard → Provider. Clients book and pay for a time slot in full up front; marking a booking completed may prompt the client with a WhatsApp message to leave you a review.
Attach a tournament to an event from the event's dashboard page — choose knockout, round robin, swiss, or group stage. The Free plan supports up to 4 participants (knockout only); a Paid plan unlocks unlimited participants and every format via a once-off Yoco activation fee.
Commission is deducted automatically when a payment clears, at a rate that varies by category (e.g. events 5%, equipment rentals 10%, provider bookings 10%, merchandise 5.5%, venue/artist bookings 8%/10%) — all admin-configurable. Your exact rate is visible wherever that revenue is credited to your account.
All paid transactions run through Yoco for secure card payments — credit/debit card or supported mobile wallets.
Once a sale, rental, booking, or order is paid, the amount (minus the platform's commission) is credited to your account balance. Payouts are processed against your saved banking details.
Cancellation terms depend on what you're cancelling — check the specific listing's cancellation/refund policy (shown before you pay) for exact terms, since fees and notice periods vary by category.
From Dashboard → Marketing → Campaigns, draft a message (with an optional header image and call-to-action button) and target it at a filtered lead audience. Picking an approved WhatsApp template lets it reach leads outside the normal 24-hour reply window; the header image you upload is used both as the email banner and, if the template has one, its WhatsApp image header.
Go to Profile → Security and scan the QR code with an authenticator app (or enter the manual key), then confirm with a live code. Root, Sire, Manager, and Admin accounts are required to have 2FA enabled; everyone else can turn it on or off freely.
Each role you hold (Organizer, Venue Owner, Artist, Lessor, Provider, Vendor, and your base account) starts with its own 10-point balance, visible privately from Profile → Standing. Points are lost for things like cancellations, no-shows, late responses, equipment damage/loss, and reviews below 3 stars, and earned back for reviews above 3 stars. If a role reaches 0, only that role is suspended for 2 months before automatically resetting to 10/10.
