Vendor Stalls: Booking a Stall at an Event
Set up your vendor profile, book stall packages at events, and understand the Certificate of Acceptability requirement.
Vendor Stalls
As a Vendor, you can book market and exhibition stalls at events, in addition to running your own online store β the two are independent of each other.
Setting Up Your Vendor Profile
Enable Vendor in Profile β Feature Access to get the VENDOR role, then go to Dashboard β Vendor Profile and select your vendor type(s):
- Food & Beverage β sells food or drinks for consumption on site.
- Merchandise & Crafts β sells physical goods, crafts, or merchandise.
- Commercial Exhibitors β promotes or sells products/services on behalf of a business or brand.
- Activity Provider β runs a paid or free activity, game, or experience for attendees.
Certificate of Acceptability
Only Food & Beverage vendors need to submit a Certificate of Acceptability. Upload it on your Vendor Profile and click Submit for Verification β a root admin reviews it, and you can book stalls once approved. Other vendor types are confirmed automatically with no certificate needed.
Booking a Stall
On an event that offers stalls, choose a stall package β organizers price these by proximity tier (e.g. Premium, Standard) and each includes a set number of employee tickets for ticketed events. If you're bringing more staff than that, select the extra event ticket(s) you need β and, if the event sells paid cooler box entry, cooler box entries for those staff too β right there on the checkout page; they're paid for together with your stall in one payment, with no separate Stall Bookings commission charged on the combined total. Pay online to confirm your booking.
Your Bookings
Track everything you've booked from Dashboard β My Stall Bookings, including an invoice for each one.
